SAIL MT Recruitment 2024: On its website, the Steel Authority of India Limited has published the paying notice for different management trainee positions. The positions are in many engineering disciplines, such as chemical, civil, computer, electrical, and many others. They can be found at different plants, units, and mines throughout India. Applicants who are interested and qualified can apply for these positions online by July 25, 2024.
The selection for these positions will be based on GATE 2024 results. Applicants who appeared for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE-2024) exams can apply.

SAIL MTT selection process
The SAIL selection process is usually divided into two or three stages, each starting with a complete evaluation of the applicants. The selection process is split into three prime stages.
Through GATE Score 2024
SAIL’s management trainees are selected using GATE scores in the 8th engineering discipline.
Group Discussion
GATE-2024 scores will determine the applicants shortlisting for SAIL MTT 2nd Round Recruitment. Group discussion is the next round in this payment process. It is at this stage that applicants’ communication, teamwork and leadership skills are evaluated, as well as their critical thinking and their ability to articulate and think critically.
SAIL MT Recruitment: Interview
Shortlisted applicants in the Group Discussions will get a call for a Personal Interview at 1/5. Five applicants will be selected for each position). The interviews will be held between a panel of 8–10 SAIL officials from many departments. It was a panel of 8–10 SAIL officers who judged the technical abilities, problem-solving abilities, and overall suitability.
Merit List
After the successful completion of trainee training, applicants shall be assigned to a year-long training period under the Apprentices Act 1961. Following successful completion of the trainee period, applicants are placed on a year-long inquiry as Assistant managers.
