Educational Qualification
- The candidate must have a 12th grade Science pass.
- The Board of Secondary Education of Uttar Pradesh, or an examination equivalent to it, may be used for the Intermediate Science Examination.
- Two-year Diploma Certificate for Tuberculosis Program Management, awarded by State Medical Faculty of Uttar Pradesh, or by institutions recognized by State Medical Faculty.
